My Doula Services include the following: ~ a consultation meeting to answer questions and for you to see if I would be a good fit as a doula for you ~ two prenatal visits including a discussion about your birth plan and labor positions ~ phone and email support throughout your pregnancy ~ continuous presence, assistance, and encouragement from the time I arrive during labor until mom and baby have bonded ~ photography of before or after your baby's birth, if desired ~ a written story or poem of your labor and baby's birth ~ one postpartum visit to check in with how you are feeling and to hear any thoughts you had about your labor and birth      Please call or email me about my current doula fees.
