With each contraction, she found her rhythm. As she inhaled, she gracefully raised her arms, getting the strength she needed. She exhaled and gently pushed her hands and the contraction down and the pain away. She danced like this for the remainder of her labor and met her baby soon thereafter.
The three danced together on her Birth day. To witness this beautiful experience was a gift.
